Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using 2DGameChannel ("the Service"), operated by Mobilefunk, the Netherlands, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You can play free games without an account. To save scores you need an account.
• You must be at least 16, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Your player name may not be offensive, impersonate someone else or contain personal data of others. We may change or remove names that break this rule.

3. Fair play

Leaderboards only work if everybody plays fair. It is not allowed to manipulate games or scores, use bots, scripts or exploits, or send fake requests to our servers. We may remove scores, reset leaderboards and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without refund.

4. Pro membership

• Pro is a paid subscription, billed in advance per period through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Pro gives instant access to digital content, you agree that this right ends once you start using Pro benefits. Contact us within 14 days if something isn't right and we'll look at it fairly.
• We may change prices for the next billing period. We'll let you know in advance and you can cancel before the change.

5. Games and content

All games, graphics, code and branding on 2DGameChannel belong to Mobilefunk or its licensors. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute or host them elsewhere without permission. Streaming and making videos of our games is welcome.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service online, but we can't guarantee it's always available or bug-free. Games may be changed, added or removed over time. We may reset leaderboards, for example after a game update that changes how scores work.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by Dutch law, Mobilefunk is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms. We'll announce important changes in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
